Miami Valley Meditation Instructors in Dayton, Ohio
An-shu Stephen says, “I am so fortunate to have found the inner exploration practices of meditation, these mind sciences not commonly available to people in Dayton back in the 1950s when I was growing up. I am therefore delighted to be able to share today in any way I can these marvelous tools for better understanding and working with the inner and outer forces that shape the realities of our lives.”
Kathy Joseph DVM is a graduate of the University of Dayton and The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to her career as a veterinarian, she is the mother of three children and an active To Shin Do Black Belt martial artist. Kathy says, “I meditate to ensure that I am living my life congruently, that my intentions, words and actions are aligned. I seek balance in my life so I can connect with deeper meaning and achieve clarity, understanding and peace in the midst of a life full of challenges as well as opportunity.”
Richard Watoshi-Jisho says, “In my work as a clinical psychologist, meditation is considered cutting edge science for the promotion of health and peace of mind. In the cultures of the East, meditation is an ancient tradition of profound depth. I enjoy bridging these traditions in a way that makes inner work applicable to everyday life in the modern world." |
