Miami Valley Meditation is located in the SKH Quest Center Martial Arts building at 6236 Far Hills Avenue, south of Whipp Road on the east side of Far Hills. Look for the "QUEST MARTIAL ARTS " sign over the door - we have no MVM sign.

We are south of Kettering and north of Centerville - less than a mile north of I-675 exit 4 (exit 4b from northbound I-675), on the east side of Far Hills Avenue (Route 48) just south of the Whipp Road intersection. You can turn east off Far Hills at the traffic light on N. Fireside Drive (near China Cottage) or the traffic light on N. Village Drive (near KFC) to reach our access road along Far Hills Avenue.

From the east, take I-70 west to I-675 south, and travel about 20 miles south to exit 4

From west, south or north, take I-75 to I-675 north and go 4 miles north to exit 4b

From Dayton International Airport, we are about 28 miles. Take I-70 east 2 miles to I-75 and then travel south for about 20 miles to I-675, then go north to exit 4b
