Medicine Buddha Mantra Recitation

The ancient teachings tell us even seeing an image of the Medicine Buddha can confer inconceivable benefits, and that just hearing the name of the Medicine Buddha brings the same benefits.

The Medicine Buddha name occurs several times in the mantra. It may be pronounced either as the original Sanskrit "bye-sa-jee-yeah" or as it came to be in Tibet where in some dialects the "sss" sound comes out as "kkh", making the mantra something like "bay-kond-zay".
