Miami Valley Meditation presents opportunities for people to explore meditation as a way to increase well-being and gain understanding of themselves and the world around them

MVM Programs are inspired by the possibilities for realizing enlightened human potential that have been taught for over 2,500 years in Asia. "Enlightenment" is a momentary realization of clarity, in which new insight or understanding is gained, opening the possibility for growth to new levels of psychological and spiritual maturity. With the breakthrough awakening to new awareness, life is experienced differently, and that new perspective elevates former patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior.

MVM Founder Stephen K. Hayes and other instructors present classes and workshops focusing on different styles of meditation - mindfulness centering presence meditation, introspective investigating meditation, structure building meditation, and guided visualizing inspiration meditation
